People tend to think of general and administrative teams as a support function, but at DISCO, we recognize that it is a strategic part of the business. Our G&A organization comprises mission-critical parts of DISCO operations that support the business, to include finance, accounting, business intelligence, legal, HR, IT, and operations. Not only does DISCO’s G&A function serve as the backbone supporting hypergrowth and operations as a publicly traded company, it also serves as a place where teams can implement new ideas, measure results, and iterate on that process.
