Cecilia AI Platform Product Terms

1. Scope 

This document provides supplemental information and terms that apply to the Cecilia AI Technology Offering (the “Cecilia AI Platform”).  All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein will have the meanings given to such terms in DISCO’s Terms and Conditions as well as the Order governing Customer’s use of the Cecilia AI Platform.

2. Offering Description‍

Cecilia AI Platform.  Cecilia AI Platform consists of Cecilia Q&A.    

3. Authorized Use Metric 

The data storage system that stores and organizes the data ingested onto the Cecilia AI Platform.  A database is considered active from the time data has been added to the database (“AI-Enabled Database”). The total database size is measured in GB.

4. Terms of Use

Databases with Cecilia AI Platform activated may need to be reprocessed when moved from Vault to Active Review.  Such reprocessing will begin within 1 business day of Customer’s written request and may exceed 72 hours to complete.

Cecilia AI Platform Enablement.  For new matters, Cecilia AI Platform will be enabled at database creation.  To enable Cecilia AI Platform for an existing DISCO Ediscovery database, Customer must provide notice to DISCO via email to discodesk@csdisco.com.
