Houston, TX — DISCO is excited to announce the results from its Relativity Switch Marketing Campaign — a three-month initiative kicked-off during LegalWeek 2017 amid much fanfare — resulting in 10 TB of active case data migrated into DISCO. “The results of this campaign speak for themselves — instead of choosing to continue with Relativity on their active cases, firms jumped at the chance to take advantage of our switch program to immediately start benefiting from DISCO. It’s clear our ease of use, speed, and value are what continue to differentiate DISCO in the marketplace,” said Neil Etheridge, VP of Marketing at DISCO.

DISCO owes the success of its recent Relativity Switch Campaign, and in general, to being the most intuitive platform on the market today. Attorneys and legal professionals have spoken loud and clear that what they want is more than the status quo. San Francisco-based litigation boutique Bunsow De Mory Smith & Allison LLP, specializing in intellectual property, trade secret, data security and privacy matters, recently standardized on DISCO. Denise De Mory, the firm’s Managing Partner stated, “Once we saw DISCO in action, we knew it was the right fit. We’ve since switched to using DISCO on all of our new cases. It’s very exciting to finally be able to access and leverage documents in a meaningful way!” DISCO achieves this success due to the fact that its founders and many of its employees are former attorneys or other legal professionals. They leverage this in-house talent to help design, review, and test all new features and ensure they are intuitive, easy to use, and applicable to the practice of law.

On top of providing an intuitive and easy to use experience, DISCO gives users the fastest performance in the industry with 1/10-second search results and 1/3-second document viewing, regardless of database size or complex file types. Users experience on average a 23% increase in review speeds when using DISCO over legacy solutions such as Relativity. West Coast-based firm Murphy Pearson Bradley & Feeney, specializing in trial practice, litigation and business counseling, have seen a substantial improvement in their review speeds due to DISCO’s unmatched performance. Attorney Geoffrey Macbride stated, “DISCO has allowed me to quickly search, find, and review the most relevant information with ease.”

Unlike legacy ediscovery platforms and service providers, DISCO from its inception has made a commitment to their clients that not only would they deliver an intuitive and faster user experience, but offer pricing that was both transparent and predictable. By offering simple flat-rate monthly billing based on the volume of data being ingested, rather than hidden processing, production, hosting and user fees, DISCO’s customers benefit from a simplified pricing model that significantly reduces costs. Tom Reynolds of Hansen Reynolds LLC confirmed, “DISCO is great. It’s miles ahead of the typical ediscovery platform. Really. And the icing on the cake is that it’s also less expensive. Better product at a lower cost. That’s hard to beat.”
